Intown Manchester is dedicated to making downtown Manchester a top destination for visitors to New Hampshire and a highly desirable city in which to live, to locate a business, and to find numerous entertainment options. On behalf of the downtown stakeholders, we work with the City and numerous organizations to ensure that downtown is an eclectic mixed-use neighborhood and is welcoming, clean and safe, and that there is an exciting variety of dining, entertainment, and recreational opportunities to explore.

Stephanie Lewry is the Executive Director. Her background is in community development,
and while she represents the commercial property owners, her
approach to economic development is through building relationships and
integrating the diverse needs of various constituencies into a wholesome

Sara Beaudry is our Director of Marketing and Public Relations. Intown Manchester's goal is to enhance the
success of our local businesses by connecting businesses to people, and people to downtown. Keeping it light
and fun, Sara manages our communications, public outreach, and press relations, and she also oversees Intown

Florencio "Pepe" Jimenez and Edwin Rivera take care of outdoor maintenance in
downtown. Their work supplements the maintenance role of the City and the property owners.
These dedicated individuals understand the need for downtown to be clean and neat, and they
work as a team to sweep the sidewalks and alleys, remove litter and debris, trim weeds, water
the flowers, mulch the tree beds and take care of other maintenance details as needed. Intown
provides limited graffiti removal services, as well. For concerns about maintenance, contact

Lauren Kannenberg
is our Project Specialist. Lauren is a recent graduate from Fairleigh Dickinson University who has returned to her home state to live and work. She loves working in downtown Manchester and finds that it is a great place to meet old friends and make new ones. Lauren is charged with database management, and assists the marketing director with production of special events, a variety of communications, and maintaining relationships with downtown businesses.
